Maple Syrup

We make our syrup with a wood-fired evaporator—probably one of the only wood-fired operations still in existence that makes as much syrup as we do. We tap about 2,500 maple taps each February and the syrup is all made in the next month or so…when it freezes up at night and warms in the daytime. We grade the syrup according to NH guidelines for color and flavor, so you will know exactly what you’re getting!

  Vegetables

we sell right at our Farm Market on Rte. 11 & 103 (John Stark Highway) between Newport and Claremont, NH. We have a little petting zoo with rabbits and a couple of miniature goats, and a variety of interesting antiques from the farm displayed in the market. We are open at the store from late April through the Christmas season. We highlight our vegetables at the store—awesome tomatoes, the freshest green beans, cucumbers, squashes, radishes, carrots, sweet corn…you name it, we probably raise it. We raise the vegetables on about 20 acres of tilled land at the farm and pick it fresh daily.

Pick Your Own Raspberries

We have an acre and a half of pyo raspberries, open from about July 10 for a month or so. The season is short, the weather is always interesting, and the flavor is spectacular! We’re located right at the farmstead—take McDonough Road off Rte. 11 & 103. We’re just 1.4 mi. up the road on the left, and we’ll have signs out in season!

Apples and Cider

We have an acre and a half of apple trees with Macintosh, Cortland, Delicious, Macoun and several other “specialty” varieties of apples. Sorry, it’s not pick-your-own, as we harvest the whole orchard for retail sale at our store and to make our famous apple cider! Yum!

Fall Crops

Pumpkins, pumpkins, pumpkins… and a few gourds, cornstalks and hardy Mums will make your Fall visit to our shop a treat. Not only is it beautiful, but it’s fun this time of year, with crisp days, beautiful foliage and lots of fall decorating necessities!

Christmas Trees

We raise a few at the farm, but most of ours are cut in the local area the same day or just days before you take it home. We have balsam, fraser fir and spruce for sale. You will not find a fresher pre-cut Christmas tree!

Christmas Wreaths

We cut our own brush, and we make ‘em here. Becky is a stickler for very full, very fresh wreaths for your decorating. We make single-face wreaths (double only on request) on frames  from 10” to 36” in diameter. A 10” frame wreath is about 12” – 13” in diameter when finished, and a 36” wreath approaches 4’ in diameter when finished. They’re beautiful, and the smell will make you think of Christmas when nothing else can!
